WWTP EVH filter

STW is EVH filter equipment for wastewater treatment or physico-chemical process of coagulation and clarification, sedimentation, subsequent formation flocking filtration cloud and the floating filter layer.

Equipment is produced in power, 1, 2, 3 and 5 l-1, its operation is fully automated, requiring only the preparation of chemicals and maintenance as required per device filter. Construction of EVH filter is from stainless steel, monoblock, which is achieved by minimizing the built-up areas, the cleaning process is discharged in a concentrated sludge settling.

EVH filter is intended for:

• Conversion of surface and groundwater to drinking water or potable
• Tertiary treated water biological treatment
• Treatment of industrial wastewater such as oily
• Wastewater treatment of surface treatments a.s.o.

Delivery WWTP EVH filter consists:

• WWTP EVH filter reactor monoblock
• Pipe flocculator
• Compressor including reducing and solenoid valve and pressure regulator
• Electrically operated flaps
• Switchboard system, including measurement and automation control

WWTP EVH flotation machine

Flotation unit is EVH flot treatment facilities or wastewater treatment physico-chemical coagulation and flotation process.

Flotation unit EVHflot is generated an output of 2 ls-1-10 ls-1, the all-stainless construction and its operation is fully automated. Its use is intended for wastewater treatment in food and other industrial enterprises.

Delivery flotation EVHflot unit consists:

• Compressed air flotation unit, including sludge scrabble EVHflot
• Pipe flocculator
• A system of circulating pumps for water saturation
• Compressor including reducing and solenoid valve and pressure regulator
• Electrically operated flaps
• Switchboard system, including measurement and automation control

Pre-treated water is discharged for further biological further treatment. Flotation sludge is removed for further processing in sludge management.

Deodorizing filter

Deodorization of air system is a system providing suction device, odoriferous air from odour sources or from areas where the cameras are producing foul-smelling substance.

The following diagram shows an alternative solution of deodoration systems. Air extractor hood can be D1 or D2 outlets. As for the exhaust fan installed in J1, which is proposed in different materials.

Gaseous fluid is transported to the R1 machine in which the single-stage or two stage washing or in the Counterflow System or parallel flow. Air wash is solved by its own air circulation system pumps with continuous replenishment of water.

After passing through the washing machine, air mass is transported into the bottom of the filter body, which may be concrete or container in the country, enabling flexible configuration and is suitable for smaller sources of odour.
